Rameshwaram, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga is a holy shrine to all Hindus. To Sri Ram, the word Rameshwar means the Lord of Ram viz., Uma-Pati Shiva; to Shiva, the word Rameshwar means the One whose lord is Sita-Pati Ram viz., Shiva. Such is the love, respect and cordial relationship between the two. After the installation of Shivalinga, Sri Ram declared that none is as dear to him as Shiva and he further goes on to say that anyone who dislikes Shiva will not even attain to him in a dream and such an idiot will fall into hell. The great Hindu Saint Tulasidas proclaims in Ramacharitmanas that someone who adores Shiva but dislikes Ram or adores Ram but dislikes Shiva falls into deep hell for an eternal time.
ISKCON is an organization of such idiots where sectarianism is such high like Muslims or Christens and unlike fellow Hindus that they don't consider God other than Sri Krishna worthy of worship.
Although the Hindus are known to have thirty-three hundred million gods however the five Gods are considered supreme and worshipped with equal veneration. They are Ganesh, Surya (or Brahma), Vishnu, Shakti (or Devi) and Shiva. These five represent and encompass all other deities. Hinduism is not a monotheistic religion and it should not be. Its beauty lies in the essence of pluralism.
The ISKCON dislike of the other four Gods especially Shiva is nasty. Shiva and Krishna or Vishnu are not two but one as sung by the great poet Vidyapati.

The same God is worshipped in different forms and called by different names is the mainstream view of Hinduism which is highlighted by Swami Vivekananda in this age. The same God is presented in different names and forms due to two reasons:
1. the mindset of the devotee
2. principle aspect of the God
For, example Vishnu or Krishna is dark in complexion whereas Shiva is white in complexion. The devotee has a choice as per like of complexion. Vishnu is the all-pervading space aspect of God whereas Shiva is the all-eternal time aspect of God and so forth.
A Hindu devotee is free to choose any as per his/her liking but not allowed to hate others. ISKCON is introducing such hateful ideas into Hindu masses which is otherwise alien to them. In order to do so they are misquoting the scriptures and distorted some version of Puranas which is another major crime to do so in religion.
They are not limited to God and the Scriptures in their infamous acts but regularly target great masters of Hinduism and try to tarnish their public image. From the most revered Adi-Shankaracharya to Swami Vivekananda all are at their gun-point. It is high time to unfollow this unworthy organization which is not supported by other Vaishnav sects. Their only charm is foreigner devotees. In this information age, it's important to maintain your story pure and filter out the poison to keep the masses safe.
